Trying to find song from Episode 13 Stole P'S Hd Cart

A song is playing when Earl and the other characters are walking toward the offices in slow motion at about 14 minutes into the episode. This song has been in quite a few shows, including a recent episode of Top Gear. I've been trying to find out what it is for a while now, so any clues would be much appreciated.

The episode music list over at http://tviv.org/wiki/My_Name_Is_Earl/Music has been updated, and the title of the track is Battle Without Honor or Humanity by Tomoyasu Hotei. It was in the kill bill soundtrack, so that must be the other place I've heard it.
